Easy Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in brand-new condition

Original tags and packaging must be included

No visible signs of wear or use
Once your Return Authorization (RMA) is approved, products must be mailed back to us within 7 business days.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Prepaid return labels are provided only if the error was made by KGL Outlet, LLC.
Exchanges & Damaged Items
We stand by the quality of our products.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within:

2 days for damaged items

3 days for incorrect items
If the issue was our mistake, KGL Outlet, LLC will cover the return shipping.
Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking indicates your package was lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional charge.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for items that:

Show signs of wear or use

Are missing original tags or packaging

Are returned outside the allowed timeframe
These items will not be refunded or shipped back.
